Shipping

Shipping is just $20. But if you spend $200 before tax, we'll ship it to you for free!

We'll keep it Canadian, eh? Sorry, but we only ship within Canada, not beyond the Great White North. 
Tubers ship in late April/May, weather depending. For local pick up, we'll email you when your order is ready.

 

Tuber Return Policy
Rest assured, each tuber comes with a guaranteed viable eye and remains true to its variety. However, we have no control over the weather and other ideal growing conditions!
If you find any problems upon receiving them, email us within 7 days with pictures and we'll do our best to help. We cannot take responsibility for tubers that have been planted in the ground (unless it's the wrong type).
To start a return, simply email us at bloomingfloraca@gmail.com. If we approve your return, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please notify us before sending back any items.

 

General guidelines

Ensure your address and email are correct! We need your email to contact you if any issues arise with your order. And remember, we cannot be held responsible for lost packages if the address is incorrect.

We save extra tubers in case storage goes haywire; but if the tubers you picked don't make it through winter, we'll email you and offer the choice of a replacement or refund!
